Buying or using a VexaCP license from vexacp.com means you accept these terms.

License

A key is for one live installation (domain + IP + directory) unless a development domain is enabled. Tiers cap active clients; they do not remove product features. Paid add-ons are extra one-time purchases.

Your server

You host the panel. We do not operate your customers’ data. You must keep the installation reasonably secure and run updates.

Payment

Prices are in USD. Card charges may be converted to TRY by the acquirer. Refunds follow the payment method rules and unused license time where applicable.

Acceptable use

Do not share keys, attack the license API, or use the software for unlawful hosting. We may suspend a key that is abused.
