Privacy policy

This policy applies to vexacp.com (license store, wallet and license API). The VexaCP panel you install on your own server is under your control; this policy does not govern data you store there.

What we collect

Account name, email, company fields you submit, license keys, installation domain/IP/directory sent by the panel for validation, wallet top-ups and messages you send via the contact form.

Why

To issue and check licenses, take payment, support you, prevent abuse, and meet accounting duties.

Sharing

Payment processors (for example card acquiring) receive what they need to charge. We do not sell your list.

Retention

License and invoice records are kept while the account is active and as long as tax rules require. You may ask us to close an account at info@vexacp.com.
